for those that don't know, Paul built me a G1.
Well i couldn't post groups with it to save my life.
this weekend i realized that it's got it's mojo workin, and workin so good that light weight pellets shoot all over the place. I was shootin 8.3 to 8.61 grain pellets and was left scratchin my head every time.
as you can see in this pic, the MILBRO CLIPPERS 9.0 grains and the BEEMAN KODIAK X HEAVY MATCH 10.6

i'm puttin an order in for JSB heavies 10.34 grains and BEEMAN SILVER ARROW 11.5 grains and i'm gonna turn this bitch out.
i guess my ass don't shake as much as i originally thought.

It can be a tedious process but I love the feeling when you finally figure your rifle out. I didn't know this when I first started with springers and went through about a dozen of them before finally messing with just one until I figured it out. Man, sometimes there's so many factors involved my head starts spinning. I wish I kept some of the others as a little more time spent would have probably yielded some keepers. Well, live and learn and I'm glad I never completely lost my interest in springers...

sometimes it is a challange, i also like getting all that a gun is worth amd sometimes more out of it.

looking really good Craig the groups are getting much better

like those clipper groups..Might have to try some myself.
