Actually, hang on - I may take up your offer for that sear Craig (or order from Crosman). After about 10 rounds this thing won't cock anymore. The piston got ramped and I squared the sear a little. It was too much and then it wouldn't fire. I then cleaned up the sear again and now it's not catching again. I'm switching pistons right now - hopefully this works...

make sure the piston is round at the end where the seer catches.
sometimes it will dent in where the seer catches.

Yeah my sear is messed up now. I'll need a new one. I tried the other piston off my G1 which has a perfectly squared sear catch area (even after 600 rounds) and I was able to fire off about 2 rounds. After that, the sear no longer catches.

don't bother ordering from crosman, it took them like FOREVER to send me a new trigger pack but they charged my card the day after i placed the order.
