i just ordered one for the 2260,
i forgot to ask if it has scope rails.
does anyone know if it does?

Yup, standard rails. Did you order the short or long breech kit?

A Crosman steel breech alone helped improve accuracy for my 2250 a lot. The plastic one fits really loose, while the steel one (even though it's not a super fit either) at least has another set screw on top to secure the barrel even more in the breech. If the barrel to breech fit has a lot of movement, you can always use some thin tape around the rear of the barrel to shim it for a tight breech fit.

It's probably the long breech since it's for a 2260.
