I bought a RWS 48 about a month ago; this gun's power and accuracy is awsome to me. I have been using three different pellets at my target of 50'.
The three different pellets are dead on, cloverleaf groups (on a good day for me). They are:
Crow Magnum, 18.2 gr
Beeman FTS, 14.66 gr
Miesterkugein, 14 gr
and now Crosman Premier,14.3 gr
I just got the Premier today; tested them and found they shoot 3" lower @ 50' than the other three pellets, even the Crow Magnum at a higher weight are right on as the other two are. Called Pyramid and talked to a female that wasn't at all friendly who explained that I was basically stuck with the other 645 pellets because I told her I used 5 of them.They fit loose in the breach and I assume there is blow by and I'm not going to use them. Does this sound right? thanks..

Hey Zbot, I was using the Diabolo EXACT .22 15.8 grains. They were pretty accurate but when I tried the .22 crowmagnum I found that they were more accurate and carried more energy. The only problem is they're expensive. As much as .22LR. Even though the Crow Magnum is heavier it shoots higher.

I have used crossmans and yes they fit lose. I don't like them at all. Not much of a skirt on them. I perfer RWS pellets in my Diana's. They are clean and fit well.

I have found the Beeman FTC to be the fightest fitting pellet in my .22. But they are so damn expensive. The diablo exacts 15.8 work well, but not as good as the FTC.

My 350's like CP's so your not stuck with them just buy a 350 Hehe just kiddin If ya want to sell 645 of them let me know:thumb:
