I have been changeing my scopes around on my RWS 350 Mag rifles. I put the big 3-9x50 with AO Centerpoint on my 177 cal rifle for target shooting . I put the 4-16x40 CP withAO on my 22 cal RWS 350.
First I used a magnetic bore sighter made by Leupold to check reference points on grid where my scopes were previous sighted in at per caliber. I only had to move a few clicks for proper shot placement. My point by all this gift of gab is from now on if I read or listen to what or how someone say shoots his or her rifle it being by scope or grip hold of the rifle . I am gonna use what works for me and to heck with what all the experts gotta say or do as far as proper shooting etc. I talked witha friend of mine whom I have hunted with more years than you could shake a fist at: and whom can to this day take a bow recurve or compound shooting fingers and shoot Grouse out of the air. He always says do what is right for you and only you!
That is the best thing I have heard or read todate. I guess I am tired of all this enternet hype as to how it should be done. I say nuts! That is my story and I'm sticking to it!!!!!!:thumb::thumb::thumb:
