That has to be one of the most disgusting things I've ever seen. Most of those were probably turned in by thieves who ransacked some law abiding citizen's home. Cash for guns is a crock as far as I'm concerned. (I assume that is what this picture is portraying)

I think it is a factory pic, most of the barrels are bent so they possibly are getting recycled. That is how it looks to me.
