So is everyone ready to get stuffed on bird? With the upcoming day, I thought I would share a recipe for baked bird, that turns out real nice.
Stuff the cavity with, 1 head of garlic, 1 onion, 2 tangerines and 2 limes. Bake in a roasting pan on 350, basting the bird with picante sauce,every 30min until done.

You bake it covered? I haven't cooked a bird in a few years - what was it, about 20 minutes for every pound?

I split it up, first 1/4 uncovered, then 1/2 covered, last 1/4 uncovered. I think it's 17-20min per pound.
