I've heard that guys have better luck with the refurb'd titans, too. Fix the problem on a quickly returned, like new gun and re-sell for less because it's used. You just have to love that

ive read the same thing.....lets hope for my sake there right!

i love the look, feel, shootability to the titan.
its light and more powerfull than a benji 392.
likes cheap ammo aswell.....its a poormans heavy hitter!

plus its a phantom/quest....if it dont work out i can kit bash and make a project between the titan and my phantom.
could always put my spring internals from the phantom inside the titan.the phantom is only $80 and giving me 950 plus fps from .177,so in .22 i should push mid to high 700's!

Or you could just swap the stocks! I wonder how much of the hold sensitivity can be attributed to the design of the stock

someone recently posted a thread about mixing his phantom upper with the titan stock and np....turned out nice, but i hadent seen the testing.

yeah that guy had a GTr trigger too

it looked to be a nice match gun.

the Phantome just feels right....an ergonomically correct stock...from cossman..

wait did i say crossman...

i had to read that statement with my good eye!

crosman makes some pretty good stuff, not all of it is bad.

but on the bright side if i had a wooden eye,the trail would lube the eye for me as i shoot!

It was I that put a titan gp nitro piston assembly into the phantom. I was curious to see how it would do. Did ok... Still breaking it in. Just havent had an hour to myself to play with it more. I did use a gold trigger swap from my storm xt.
