Fire a few hundred rounds through it. Let the gun break in, and shoot open sights. The stock scope sucks. I have a big cat, and its scope broke after 50 shots. I went and got a one piece mount and a Leapers Bug Buster scope made for springer airguns. I didnt have iron sights on mine, so I had POI shift around some until the gun settled down (Worn in). I did a tune, polish, and lube to it, which smoothed out the twanging of the spring. Then my spring broke after a 1000 rounds + and I converted it to a Nitro Piston. Thats another story. The GRT Trigger is nice if you have the coin to do it.:thumb: Have fun shooting!

Haha glad someone agrees with me! I looked up online and the scope costs like 30$$$! It's junk too!
That's cool... so do you think it's worth it to get the nitro piston spring and just replace it on the GAMO, or just to buy the crosman nitro piston gun itself? I'm in highschool, so money is always kindof tight.
